The proposal is adopted if creditors, representing more than half of the recognized and conditionally admitted claims which are not secured by pledge, mortgage or right of retention, declare themselves in favour thereof.
In this case, if a creditors' committee does not exist, Article 75 applies mutatis mutandis.
The official report of the meeting states the names of the creditors who appeared, the vote cast by each of them, the result of the voting and everything else that occurred at the meeting.
For eight days, any person may request inspection of the official report at the registry free of charge.
Het voorstel is aangenomen, indien schuldeisers, vertegenwoordigende meer dan de helft der erkende en voorwaardelijk toegelaten schuldvorderingen, welke niet door pand, hypotheek of retentierecht zijn gedekt, zich daarvóór verklaren.
In dit geval vindt, indien een schuldeiserscommissie niet bestaat, artikel 75 overeenkomstige toepassing.
Het proces-verbaal der vergadering vermeldt de namen der verschenen schuldeisers, de door ieder hunner uitgebrachte stem, de uitslag der stemming en al wat verder ter vergadering is voorgevallen.
Gedurende acht dagen kan een ieder ter griffie kosteloos inzage van het proces-verbaal vragen.
