Article 169

The acts performed by the debtor in the time between the homologation of the composition and the reopening of the bankruptcy are binding on the estate, subject to the application of Article 42 et seq. if there are grounds therefor.
De handelingen, door de schuldenaar in de tijd tussen de homologatie van het akkoord en de heropening van het faillissement verricht, zijn voor de boedel verbindend, behoudens de toepassing van artikel 42 en volgende zo daartoe gronden zijn.
