As soon as the homologation of the composition has become final and unappealable, the bankruptcy ends. The bankruptcy trustee shall ensure the publication thereof in the Government Gazette.
Zodra de homologatie van het akkoord in kracht van gewijsde is gegaan, eindigt het faillissement. De curator draagt zorg voor de bekendmaking daarvan in de Staatscourant.
