The homologated composition is binding upon all non-preferred creditors, without exception, irrespective of whether or not they have appeared in the bankruptcy.
Het gehomologeerde akkoord is verbindend voor alle geen voorrang hebbende schuldeisers, zonder uitzondering, onverschillig of zij al dan niet in het faillissement opgekomen zijn.
