The hearings shall be public, unless the Court decides otherwise due to extraordinary circumstances.
2.
The documents deposited at the registry shall be accessible to the public, unless the President of the Court decides otherwise.

De zittingen zijn openbaar, tenzij het Hof wegens buitengewone omstandigheden anders beslist.

De ter griffie gedeponeerde stukken zijn toegankelijk voor het publiek, tenzij de President van het Hof anders beslist.
