The Court shall have a registry, the duties and organisation of which shall be determined in the rules of procedure of the Court.
2.
If the Court sits as a single judge, it shall be assisted by rapporteurs who shall function under the authority of the President of the Court. They shall form part of the registry of the Court.

Het Hof beschikt over een griffie, waarvan de taken en de organisatie worden vastgesteld in het reglement van het Hof.
2.
Indien het Hof zitting houdt als alleenzittende rechter, wordt het bijgestaan door rapporteurs die fungeren onder de bevoegdheid van de President van het Hof. Zij maken deel uit van de griffie van het Hof.
