The Court meeting in plenary session:

elects its President and one or two Vice-Presidents for a period of three years; they are eligible for re-election;

establishes chambers, for a specified period;

elects the Presidents of the Chambers of the Court; they shall be eligible for re-election;

adopts the Rules of Procedure of the Court;

elects the Registrar and one or two Deputy Registrars;

submits petitions pursuant to Article 26, paragraph 2.

Het Hof in voltallige vergadering bijeen:

kiest zijn President en één of twee Vice-Presidenten voor een periode van drie jaar; zij zijn herkiesbaar;

stelt Kamers in, voor bepaalde tijd;

kiest de Voorzitters van de Kamers van het Hof; zij zijn herkiesbaar;

neemt het reglement van het Hof aan;

kiest de Griffier en één of twee Plaatsvervangend Griffiers;

dient verzoeken in uit hoofde van artikel 26, tweede lid.
