The President of the European Patent Office shall implement the budget and any amending or supplementary budget on his own responsibility and within the limits of the allocated appropriations.
Within the budget, the President of the European Patent Office may, in accordance with the Financial Regulations, transfer funds between the various headings or sub-headings.
De President van het Europees Octrooibureau voert de begroting alsmede de gewijzigde of aanvullende begrotingen uit onder zijn eigen verantwoordelijkheid en binnen de grenzen van de toegewezen gelden.
Binnen de grenzen van de begroting kan de President van het Europees Octrooibureau, in overeenstemming met het Financieel Reglement, middelen van het ene naar het andere hoofdstuk of van de ene naar de andere onderverdeling overbrengen.
