in forceFILING OF A EUROPEAN PATENT APPLICATION AND THE REQUIREMENTS TO BE COMPLIED WITH
A European Patent Organisation, hereinafter referred to as the Organisation, is established by this Convention. It shall have administrative and financial autonomy.
The organs of the Organisation shall be:
the European Patent Office;
the Administrative Council.
The task of the Organisation shall be to grant European patents. This shall be carried out by the European Patent Office supervised by the Administrative Council.
Bij dit Verdrag wordt een Europese Octrooiorganisatie, hierna te noemen de Organisatie, in het leven geroepen. De Organisatie krijgt administratieve en financiële zelfstandigheid.
De organen van de Organisatie zijn:
het Europees Octrooibureau;
de Raad van Bestuur.
De Organisatie heeft tot taak het verlenen van Europese octrooien. Deze taak wordt uitgevoerd door het Europees Octrooibureau onder toezicht van de Raad van Bestuur.
