Article 6.5 shall apply mutatis mutandis to an involuntary admission as referred to in Article 6.11.
In addition to Article 6.5, paragraph 2, the order for involuntary placement shall also be made known as soon as possible to:
the authorities of the relevant occupied territory;
the owner of the cultural property taken into custody, insofar as they are known; and
limited right holders with respect to the cultural property, insofar as they are known.
Artikel 6.5 is van overeenkomstige toepassing op een inbewaringneming als bedoeld in artikel 6.11.
In aanvulling op artikel 6.5, tweede lid, wordt de beschikking van een inbewaringneming ook zo spoedig mogelijk bekend gemaakt aan:
de autoriteiten van het desbetreffende bezet gebied;
de eigenaar van het in bewaring genomen cultuurgoed, voor zover deze bekend is; en
beperkt gerechtigden met betrekking tot het cultuurgoed, voor zover deze bekend zijn.
