The stipulation whereby all the profits are promised to one of the partners is void.

2.

But it is permitted to stipulate that all losses shall be borne exclusively by one or more of the partners.

Het beding, waarbij aan een der vennooten alle de voordeelen mogten toegezegd zijn, is nietig.

2.

Maar het is geoorloofd te bedingen dat alle de verliezen bij uitsluiting door een of meer der vennooten zullen gedragen worden.
