The information referred to in this Section shall be correct, clear and unambiguous. The information shall be communicated or made available in a timely manner prior to the conclusion of a written agreement or, if there is no written agreement, prior to the performance of the service.
De informatie, bedoeld in deze afdeling, is correct, helder en ondubbelzinnig. De informatie wordt tijdig voor de sluiting van een schriftelijke overeenkomst of, indien er geen schriftelijke overeenkomst is, voor de verrichting van de dienst meegedeeld of beschikbaar gesteld.
