Article 6:208

The recipient loses his right to the compensations referred to in the two preceding articles, if the other party waives her right to reclaim and, insofar as necessary, transfers the undue payment to the recipient at her own expense in discharge of these compensations. The recipient is obliged to cooperate in such a transfer.
De ontvanger verliest zijn recht op de in de beide vorige artikelen bedoelde vergoedingen, indien de wederpartij afstand doet van haar recht op terugvordering en, voor zover nodig, het onverschuldigd betaalde ter bevrijding van deze vergoedingen op haar kosten aan de ontvanger overdraagt. De ontvanger is verplicht aan een zodanige overdracht mede te werken.
