The recipient is, unless he has accepted the property in bad faith, also entitled, within the limits of reasonableness, to reimbursement of the costs of receiving and returning the property, as well as of expenditures in the period referred to in Article 204 that would not have been incurred if he had not received the property.
De ontvanger heeft, tenzij hij het goed te kwader trouw heeft aangenomen, binnen de grenzen van de redelijkheid ook recht op vergoeding van de kosten van het ontvangen en teruggeven van het goed, alsmede van uitgaven in de in artikel 204 bedoelde periode die zouden zijn uitgebleven als hij het goed niet had ontvangen.
