In the event of subrogation in the principal claim, the subrogated party acquires the right to the stipulated interest only insofar as it relates to the period after the transfer.
In het geval van subrogatie in de hoofdvordering verkrijgt de gesubrogeerde het recht op bedongen rente slechts voor zover deze betrekking heeft op het tijdvak na de overgang.
