The creditor is, towards the person who will be subrogated if he satisfies the claim, obliged to refrain from any conduct which, at the expense of the latter, prejudices the rights into which he may expect to be subrogated.
De schuldeiser is jegens degene die, zo hij de vordering voldoet, zal worden gesubrogeerd, verplicht zich te onthouden van elke gedraging die ten koste van deze afbreuk doet aan de rechten waarin hij mag verwachten krachtens de subrogatie te zullen treden.
