Payment must be made at the domicile of the creditor at the time of payment.
2.
The creditor is entitled to designate another place for payment in the country of the creditor's domicile at the time of payment or at the time of the creation of the obligation.

De betaling moet worden gedaan aan de woonplaats van de schuldeiser op het tijdstip van de betaling.
2.
De schuldeiser is bevoegd een andere plaats voor de betaling aan te wijzen in het land van de woonplaats van de schuldeiser op het tijdstip van de betaling of op het tijdstip van het ontstaan van de verbintenis.
