Even if the donee is married in a community of property or a participation scheme, the entire gift shall be eligible for hotchpot, unless the deceased has stipulated otherwise.
Ook als de begiftigde in een gemeenschap van goederen of deelgenootschap is gehuwd, komt de gehele gift voor inbreng in aanmerking, tenzij de erflater het tegendeel heeft bepaald.
