The liability of the heirs towards the creditors of the estate is not modified by an obligation to bring into account (inbreng).
2.
Upon the transfer of the share of an estate of an heir, his right to or obligation of collation (inbreng) shall likewise transfer.

De aansprakelijkheid van de erfgenamen jegens de schuldeisers van de nalatenschap wordt door een verplichting tot inbreng niet gewijzigd.
2.
Bij overgang van het erfdeel van een erfgenaam gaat zijn recht op of verplichting tot inbreng mede over.
