Outside the field of property law, the provisions of this Title shall apply mutatis mutandis, insofar as the nature of the juridical act or of the legal relationship does not oppose such application.
Buiten het vermogensrecht vinden de bepalingen van deze titel overeenkomstige toepassing, voor zover de aard van de rechtshandeling of van de rechtsbetrekking zich daartegen niet verzet.
