Article 368, paragraph 1, shall not apply to the other financial investments referred to in Article 430, paragraph 1, under (c).
Artikel 368 lid 1 is niet van toepassing op de overige financiële beleggingen, bedoeld in artikel 430 lid 1, onder c.
