Article 368 applies to the items belonging to the fixed assets; offset amounts as referred to in Article 420 paragraph 1 may be aggregated with other items in the overview.
Article 376, second sentence, applies only to off-balance sheet items.
Similar acts as referred to in Article 378, paragraph 3, second sentence, may be accounted for collectively. Article 378, paragraph 4, under (a) shall not apply to shares or depositary receipts thereof which the bank has taken in pledge in the ordinary course of business.
Article 381 paragraph 1, first sentence, shall only apply insofar as the relevant data have not been included in the off-balance sheet arrangements. Article 381 paragraphs 2 and 3 shall not apply.
With the exception of the amounts still outstanding, the second sentence of Article 383, paragraph 2, shall not apply.
Artikel 368 is van toepassing op de posten, behorende tot de vaste activa; gesaldeerde bedragen als bedoeld in artikel 420 lid 1 mogen met andere posten in het overzicht worden samengevoegd.
Artikel 376 tweede volzin is alleen van toepassing op de posten buiten de balanstelling.
Gelijksoortige handelingen als bedoeld in artikel 378 lid 3, tweede zin, mogen gezamenlijk worden verantwoord. Artikel 378 lid 4 onder a geldt niet voor de aandelen of certificaten daarvan die de bank in de gewone bedrijfsuitoefening in pand heeft genomen.
Artikel 381 lid 1, eerste volzin, is slechts van toepassing voor zover de desbetreffende gegevens niet in de posten buiten de balanstelling zijn opgenomen. Artikel 381 leden 2 en 3 is niet van toepassing.
Met uitzondering van de nog openstaande bedragen is de tweede zin van artikel 383 lid 2 niet van toepassing.
