Article 2:344

The provisions of this section apply to:
the cooperative (coöperatie), the mutual insurance society (onderlinge waarborgmaatschappij), the public limited company (naamloze vennootschap) and the private company with limited liability (besloten vennootschap met beperkte aansprakelijkheid);
the foundation and the association with full legal capacity that maintain an enterprise for which a works council must be established pursuant to the law
De bepalingen van deze afdeling zijn van toepassing op:
de coöperatie, de onderlinge waarborgmaatschappij, de naamloze vennootschap en de besloten vennootschap met beperkte aansprakelijkheid;
de stichting en de vereniging met volledige rechtsbevoegdheid die een onderneming in stand houden waarvoor ingevolge de wet een ondernemingsraad moet worden ingesteld.
