In the event of the annulment of the order as referred to in Article 343a paragraph 1, Article 341a shall apply mutatis mutandis.

In het geval van vernietiging van de beschikking als bedoeld in artikel 343a lid 1 is artikel 341a van overeenkomstige toepassing.
