Article 334h paragraph 2 also applies for the benefit of holders of certificates of shares in a public limited company (naamloze vennootschap) issued with the cooperation of that company, and for the benefit of those to whom the right to attend meetings in a private limited company (besloten vennootschap) is granted pursuant to Article 227 paragraph 2.
Artikel 334h lid 2 geldt ook ten behoeve van houders van met medewerking van de naamloze vennootschap uitgegeven certificaten van haar aandelen en ten behoeve van degenen aan wie op grond van artikel 227 lid 2 het vergaderrecht in een besloten vennootschap toekomt.
