All writings, printed documents and announcements, in which the public limited company (naamloze vennootschap) is a party or which emanate from it, with the exception of telegrams and advertisements, must clearly state the full name of the company and its domicile.
If mention is made of the capital of the company, the amount that has been issued and the extent to which the issued amount has been paid up must in any event be stated.
Uit alle geschriften, gedrukte stukken en aankondigingen, waarin de naamloze vennootschap partij is of die van haar uitgaan, met uitzondering van telegrammen en reclames, moeten de volledige naam van de vennootschap en haar woonplaats duidelijk blijken.
Indien melding wordt gemaakt van het kapitaal van de vennootschap, moet in elk geval worden vermeld welk bedrag is geplaatst, en hoeveel van het geplaatste bedrag is gestort.
