A supervisory director (commissaris) may be suspended and dismissed by the person or body authorised to make the appointment, unless Article 161 paragraphs 2 and 3 or Article 161a of this Book applies.
2.
Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 134 of this Book shall apply mutatis mutandis.

Een commissaris kan worden geschorst en ontslagen door degene, die bevoegd is tot benoeming, tenzij artikel 161 leden 2 en 3 of artikel 161a van dit Boek van toepassing is.
2.
Het tweede en het derde lid van artikel 134 van dit Boek zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing.
