With respect to the cooperative, it further applies that, while maintaining the freedom of withdrawal from the cooperative, conditions may be attached thereto by the articles of association, in accordance with its objects and purpose. A condition which goes further than is permitted shall be deemed not to have been written to that extent.
Voor de coöperatie geldt voorts dat, met behoud der vrijheid van uittreding uit de coöperatie, daaraan bij de statuten voorwaarden, in overeenstemming met haar doel en strekking, kunnen worden verbonden. Een voorwaarde welke verder gaat dan geoorloofd is, wordt in zoverre voor niet geschreven gehouden.
