1.

A cooperative or a mutual insurance society may, by way of derogation from the provisions of the preceding Article, in its articles of association exclude any obligation of its members or former members to contribute to a deficit or limit such obligation to a maximum. The members may only invoke this if the legal person has placed at the end of its name the letters U.A. (uitsluiting van aansprakelijkheid) in the first case, and the letters B.A. (beperkte aansprakelijkheid) in the second case. A legal person to which the first sentence has not been applied shall place the letters W.A. (wettelijke aansprakelijkheid) at the end of its name.

2.

The aforementioned legal persons are, except in telegrams and advertisements, obliged to use their full name.

1.
