The provisions of the previous title shall, with the exception of Articles 26 paragraph 3 and 44 paragraph 2, apply to the cooperative (coöperatie) and the mutual insurance society (onderlinge waarborgmaatschappij), insofar as this title does not deviate therefrom.
Article 135 applies mutatis mutandis to a cooperative which is a bank within the meaning of Article 415 to which no exemption as referred to in Article 3:111, paragraph 1, of the Financial Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht) applies, and to a mutual insurance society (onderlinge waarborgmaatschappij) which is an insurance company within the meaning of Article 427.
De bepalingen van de vorige titel zijn, met uitzondering van de artikelen 26 lid 3 en 44 lid 2, op de coöperatie en de onderlinge waarborgmaatschappij van toepassing, voor zover daarvan in deze titel niet wordt afgeweken.
Voor een coöperatie die een bank is in de zin van artikel 415 waarop geen vrijstelling als bedoeld in artikel 3:111 lid 1 van de Wet op het financieel toezicht van toepassing is en een onderlinge waarborgmaatschappij die een verzekeringsmaatschappij is in de zin van artikel 427 is artikel 135 van overeenkomstige toepassing.
