Membership of the association is personal, unless the articles of association provide otherwise.
Unless the articles of association of the association provide otherwise, the membership of a legal person that ceases to exist by virtue of a merger or division shall transfer to the acquiring legal person or, in accordance with the description attached to the deed of division, to one of the acquiring legal persons respectively.
Het lidmaatschap van de vereniging is persoonlijk, tenzij de statuten anders bepalen.
Tenzij de statuten van de vereniging anders bepalen, gaat het lidmaatschap van een rechtspersoon die door fusie of splitsing ophoudt te bestaan, over op de verkrijgende rechtspersoon onderscheidenlijk overeenkomstig de aan de akte van splitsing gehechte beschrijving op een van de verkrijgende rechtspersonen.
