Article 10:96

Whether and in what manner a recognition can be annulled is determined, as regards the capacity of the person who has recognized the child and the conditions for the recognition, by the law applied pursuant to Article 95 paragraph 1 of this Book, and as regards the consent of the mother, or the child, respectively, by the law that is applicable pursuant to Article 95 paragraph 3 of this Book.
Of en op welke wijze een erkenning kan worden tenietgedaan, wordt, wat betreft de bevoegdheid van de persoon die het kind heeft erkend en de voorwaarden voor de erkenning, bepaald door het ingevolge artikel 95 lid 1 van dit Boek toegepaste recht, en wat betreft de toestemming van de moeder, onderscheidenlijk het kind, door het recht dat ingevolge artikel 95 lid 3 van dit Boek toepasselijk is.
