Article 1:160

An obligation of a former spouse to provide maintenance to the other party by virtue of divorce ends when the latter enters into marriage again, enters into a registered partnership or has started living together with another person as if they were married or as if they had their partnership registered.
Een verplichting van een gewezen echtgenoot om uit hoofde van echtscheiding levensonderhoud te verschaffen aan de wederpartij, eindigt wanneer deze opnieuw in het huwelijk treedt, een geregistreerd partnerschap aangaat dan wel is gaan samenleven met een ander als waren zij gehuwd of als hadden zij hun partnerschap laten registreren.
