An agreement as referred to in Articles 158 and 159 of this Book does not preclude recovery pursuant to paragraph 6.5 of the Participation Act and leaves the determination of the amount to be recovered unaffected.
Een overeenkomst als bedoeld in de artikelen 158 en 159 van dit boek staat niet in de weg aan verhaal op grond van paragraaf 6.5 van de Participatiewet en laat de vaststelling van het te verhalen bedrag onverlet.
