Likewise, the subdistrict court may notify the Child Care and Protection Board (raad voor de kinderbescherming) that:
the guardian, in cases where he requires the authorisation of the subdistrict court judge (kantonrechter), conducts his administration without such authorisation;
it appears that he has been guilty of infidelity, neglect of duty or abuse of power in his administration.
Insgelijks kan de kantonrechter de raad voor de kinderbescherming ermede in kennis stellen, dat:
de voogd in gevallen, waarin hij machtiging van de kantonrechter behoeft, zijn bewind eigenmachtig voert;
hij zich in zijn bewind aan ontrouw, plichtsverzuim of misbruik van bevoegdheid blijkt te hebben schuldig gemaakt.
