The security provided by the guardian shall cease as soon as his account and justification have been approved, or as soon as the legal actions concerning his administration have become time-barred in accordance with Article 377 of this Book.
In that case, at the expense of the minor, mortgage registrations shall be cancelled and pledges on registrations in the debt registers for loans at the expense of the State shall be terminated.
De door de voogd gestelde zekerheid houdt op, zodra zijn rekening en verantwoording is goedgekeurd, of zodra de rechtsvorderingen die zijn bewind betreffen overeenkomstig artikel 377 van dit boek verjaard zijn.
Alsdan worden op kosten van de minderjarige hypothecaire inschrijvingen doorgehaald en pandrechten op inschrijvingen in de schuldregisters voor geldleningen ten laste van het Rijk opgeheven.
