The subdistrict court judge may, at the petition of the other guardian or of its own motion, determine the damage which, as appears from the account, the minor has suffered due to the poor administration of the guardian, and order the latter to pay compensation therefor.
De kantonrechter kan op verzoek van de andere voogd of ambtshalve de schade vaststellen, die blijkens de rekening de minderjarige door slecht bewind van de voogd geleden heeft, en deze laatste tot vergoeding daarvan veroordelen.
