If the court pronounces the termination of the guardianship, it shall also provide for the authority, subject to the provisions of the third paragraph.
Anyone who is authorised to exercise authority may, during the investigation, petition the court in writing to be charged therewith.
If there is joint exercise of guardianship and the termination of the guardianship concerns only one of the guardians, the guardianship shall henceforth be exercised by the other guardian alone.
Indien de rechtbank de beëindiging van de voogdij uitspreekt, voorziet zij tevens in het gezag, behoudens het bepaalde in het derde lid.
Ieder die tot de uitoefening van het gezag bevoegd is, kan tijdens het onderzoek schriftelijk aan de rechtbank verzoeken daarmede te worden belast.
Indien sprake is van gezamenlijke uitoefening van de voogdij en de beëindiging van de voogdij slechts een van de voogden betreft, wordt de voogdij voortaan door de andere voogd alleen uitgeoefend.
