The joint authority, as referred to in Articles 253sa and 253t, ends on the day on which the decision by which joint authority was granted to the parents or the joint authority of the parent and the other person was terminated has become final and binding (in kracht van gewijsde).
If the order referred to in the first paragraph has been declared provisionally enforceable, the joint authority of the parent and the other person shall end on the day following the day on which the order was issued or dispatched.
Het gezamenlijk gezag, bedoeld in de artikelen 253sa en 253t, eindigt op de dag waarop in kracht van gewijsde is gegaan de beschikking waarbij aan de ouders gezamenlijk gezag is toegekend of het gezamenlijk gezag van de ouder en de ander is beëindigd.
Is de beschikking, bedoeld in het eerste lid, uitvoerbaar bij voorraad verklaard, dan eindigt het gezamenlijk gezag van de ouder en de ander daags nadat de beschikking is verstrekt of verzonden.
