A granted limited legal capacity (handlichting) may be revoked by the subdistrict court if the minor abuses it or if there is a well-founded fear that he will do so.
The revocation shall take place at the petition of one of the parents of the minor, insofar as they exercise authority over him and with due observance of Article 253a, paragraph 1, or at the petition of the guardian.
Een verleende handlichting kan door de kantonrechter worden ingetrokken, indien de minderjarige daarvan misbruik maakt of er gegronde vrees bestaat dat hij dit zal doen.
De intrekking geschiedt op verzoek van een van de ouders van de minderjarige, voor zover deze het gezag over hem uitoefenen en met inachtneming van artikel 253a, eerste lid, of op verzoek van de voogd.
