By way of derogation from the provisions of Article 1.9, paragraph 2, the Board of Directors of the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (Benelux-Merkenbureau) and the Board of Directors of the Benelux Office for Designs (Benelux-Bureau voor Tekeningen of Modellen) are authorised to jointly adopt the first implementing regulations.
In afwijking van het bepaalde in artikel 1.9, lid 2, zijn de Raad van Bestuur van het Benelux-Merkenbureau en de Raad van Bestuur van het Benelux-Bureau voor Tekeningen of Modellen bevoegd het eerste uitvoeringsreglement gezamenlijk vast te stellen.
