The provisions of this Treaty shall not prejudice the application of the Paris Convention, the TRIPS Agreement, the Madrid Agreement and Protocol, the Hague Agreement, as well as the provisions of Belgian, Luxembourgish or Netherlands law from which a prohibition to use a trademark arises.
De bepalingen van dit verdrag doen geen afbreuk aan de toepassing van het Verdrag van Parijs, het TRIPS verdrag, de Overeenkomst en het Protocol van Madrid, de Overeenkomst van 's-Gravenhage alsmede de bepalingen van Belgisch, Luxemburgs of Nederlands recht, waaruit een verbod een merk te gebruiken voortvloeit.
