The provisions in force at the time the goods were placed under customs transit arrangements shall continue to apply until the goods cease to be covered by these arrangements after the date of accession, where the following conditions are met:
(a) the goods were placed, before the date of accession, under customs transit arrangements;
(b) the goods have not ceased to be covered by these arrangements before the date of accession.
De bepalingen die van toepassing waren op het tijdstip dat een goed onder een regeling voor douanevervoer werd geplaatst, blijven van toepassing totdat het goed na de datum van toetreding aan de regeling wordt onttrokken, indien de volgende voorwaarden vervuld zijn:
a) het goed is vóór de datum van toetreding onder een regeling voor douanevervoer geplaatst;
b) het goed is niet vóór de datum van toetreding aan de regeling onttrokken.
