In his decision to revoke Netherlands nationality on the basis of Article 14, paragraph 3, of the Kingdom Act, Our Minister shall take into account:
the consequences of the loss of Union citizenship, if this occurs as a result of the withdrawal of Netherlands nationality;
the possible minority of the person concerned and very special personal circumstances of the person concerned, insofar as these are relevant to the decision to revoke the Dutch nationality.
Bij zijn besluit tot intrekking van het Nederlanderschap op grond van artikel 14, derde lid, van de Rijkswet houdt Onze Minister rekening met:
de gevolgen van het verlies van Unieburgerschap, indien dit ten gevolge van de intrekking van het Nederlanderschap optreedt;
de eventuele minderjarigheid van betrokkene en zeer bijzondere persoonlijke omstandigheden van de betrokkene, voor zover deze relevant zijn voor het besluit tot intrekking van het Nederlanderschap.
