In his decision to revoke Dutch nationality on the basis of Article 14, paragraph 2, of the Kingdom Act, Our Minister shall, inter alia, take into account:
the consequences of the loss of Union citizenship, if this occurs as a result of the withdrawal of Dutch nationality;
very exceptional personal circumstances of the person concerned, insofar as these are relevant to the decision to revoke the Netherlands citizenship.
Bij zijn besluit tot intrekking van het Nederlanderschap op grond van artikel 14, tweede lid, van de Rijkswet houdt Onze Minister onder meer rekening met:
de gevolgen van het verlies van Unieburgerschap, indien dit ten gevolge van de intrekking van het Nederlanderschap optreedt;
zeer bijzondere persoonlijke omstandigheden van de betrokkene, voor zover deze relevant zijn voor het besluit tot intrekking van het Nederlanderschap.
