In his decision to revoke Dutch nationality on the basis of Article 14, paragraph 1, of the Kingdom Act, Our Minister shall take into account, inter alia, the nature and gravity of the false declaration, the fraud or the concealment, the possible statelessness of the person concerned after the revocation, as well as the period of time that has elapsed since the acquisition or granting, the consequences of the loss of Union citizenship, if this occurs as a result of the revocation of Dutch nationality, and other relevant factors.
Bij zijn besluit tot intrekking van het Nederlanderschap op grond van artikel 14, eerste lid, van de Rijkswet houdt Onze Minister onder meer rekening met de aard en ernst van de valse verklaring, het bedrog of de verzwijging, de mogelijke staatloosheid van betrokkene na de intrekking, alsook met de tijdsduur die sinds de verkrijging of verlening verlopen is, de gevolgen van het verlies van Unieburgerschap, indien dit ten gevolge van de intrekking van het Nederlanderschap optreedt en de overige relevante factoren.
