in forceThe penalty order (strafbeschikking) within the meaning of Article 257ba of the Act
The public prosecutor concerned may revoke the authority to issue a penalty order (strafbeschikking) until further notice if, in his judgment, the performance of duties by a person or the manner in which a body exercises said authority so requires.
Before issuing a court order as referred to in the first paragraph, the chief public prosecutor shall hear the body or person concerned.
The chief public prosecutor shall provide his further report only after renewed consultation.
De betrokken hoofdofficier van justitie kan de strafbeschikkingsbevoegdheid tot nader bericht intrekken indien de taakvervulling van een persoon of de wijze waarop een lichaam gebruik maakt van de bevoegdheid, zulks naar zijn oordeel vordert.
Alvorens een beschikking, bedoeld in het eerste lid, te geven, hoort de hoofdofficier van justitie het betrokken lichaam of de betrokken persoon.
De hoofdofficier van justitie geeft zijn nader bericht slechts na hernieuwd overleg.
