in forceIf the duration of the employment agreement was less than one month, then, by way of derogation from Articles 2 and 3, for the application of Article 673, paragraph 2, of Book 7 of the Civil Code, wages shall be understood to mean: the amount of gross wages and wage components as referred to in Article 3, paragraph 1, that was due to the employee for the duration of the employment agreement.
Indien de duur van de arbeidsovereenkomst korter was dan een maand, wordt, in afwijking van de artikelen 2 en 3, voor de toepassing van artikel 673, tweede lid, van Boek 7 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek onder loon verstaan: het bedrag aan bruto loon en looncomponenten als bedoeld in artikel 3, eerste lid, dat voor de duur van de arbeidsovereenkomst aan de werknemer verschuldigd was.
