in forceThe part of the costs, as referred to in Articles 151a, seventh paragraph, and 195b, second paragraph, of the Act, to be charged to the suspect for the performance of a DNA investigation at the request of the suspect, amounts to € 136.
A DNA investigation at the request of the suspect shall not be carried out until he has paid the amount referred to in the first paragraph to the laboratory performing the DNA investigation.
Het aan de verdachte in rekening te brengen deel van de kosten, bedoeld in de artikelen 151a, zevende lid, en 195b, tweede lid, van de wet, voor het verrichten van een DNA-onderzoek op verzoek van de verdachte bedraagt € 136.
Een DNA-onderzoek op verzoek van de verdachte wordt niet verricht dan nadat hij het bedrag, genoemd in het eerste lid, aan het laboratorium dat het DNA-onderzoek verricht, heeft betaald.
