in forceIf the DNA analysis referred to in Article 151a, paragraph 6, first sentence, or Article 195b, paragraph 1, first sentence, of the Act is to be performed in a laboratory other than the laboratory of the institute, the institute shall ensure that the vial containing the cellular material for the performance of that DNA analysis is provided with a trace identification number identical to the trace identification number with which the institute received it, or the laboratory identification number, and that said vial is delivered to that laboratory as soon as possible in packaging provided with one or more tamper-evident seals or a tamper-evident closure.
Indien het DNA-onderzoek, bedoeld in artikel 151a, zesde lid, eerste volzin, of artikel 195b, eerste lid, eerste volzin, van de wet in een ander laboratorium dan het laboratorium van het instituut zal worden verricht, zorgt het instituut ervoor dat het buisje met het celmateriaal voor het verrichten van dat DNA-onderzoek, van een sporenidentificatienummer wordt voorzien dat gelijk is aan het sporenidentificatienummer waarmee het instituut heeft ontvangen, of het laboratoriumidentificatienummer, en dat dat buisje zo spoedig mogelijk in een verpakking die voorzien is van een of meer fraudebestendige sluitzegels of een fraudebestendige afsluiting, bij dat laboratorium wordt bezorgd.
